SHE HAD A COFFEE IN THE CAR! Officer let her go when she convinced him that she worked at a coffee stand and had just gotten out of work.     Here in nz all the coffee stands are closed. Guys are getting fines for surfing. Not allowed to go hunting or camping, or fishing.
    But the police are told they have to postpone arresting violent crimes until after it's over. Over night, it's the ussnz
