Tragic Disappearance of the Real Sister Lucy dos Santos Foretold to Jacinta, Right Before She Died, by the Blessed Virgin Mary. Contrary to being Safely Stowed in a Convent, Sister Lucy's Life was Always Under Threat.
Did Our Lady Predict, in 1920, the Constant Persecution and Final Demise of Sister Lucy of Fatima? It appears so. Dr. Chojnowski: Here are a basic chronological description of the life of Lucy dos Santos up until her sudden disappearance sometimes between 1957 and 1967. I would like to put special emphasis --- as I did with my bolding of the text and capitalization --- on the Prophecy that Our Lady made to Jacinta immediately before her death concerning her cousin Lucy. For all of the below, we follow the account given in the excellent text by Mark Fellows, Fatima in Twilight (Niagra Falls, Ontario: Marmion Publications, 2003). The Life of Lucia dos Santos, Seer of Fatima Life before and during the Apparition, both of the Angel and of the Mother of God Lucia dos Santos, born the sixth and last child of Antonio and Maria dos Santos. She came into the world on March 22, 1907. Her family and that of her 1 st cousins Jacinta and Franscisco Marto lived in a little
But Pope Benedict was at pains to stress that the NO IS the same liturgy. So Paul 6 did not change the Liturgy you see... the condemnations of Trent etc don't apply.

Paul
He's not infallible unless he speaks in the right formula to proclaim something. So, perhaps he was just mistaken and, mistaken or not, he was and is still pope.
DeleteDear professor I have a question that maybe you will deem fit to answer at some time. Much of the "spirit of Vatican 2" centers around the so called newly discovered "dignity of Man." It is all wrapped up in modern personalism from philosophers like Husserl. JPll was much into this. The tradition and the Thomistic view do not in any way endorse this view. With original sin man lost original justice and needs a Redeemer to restore his dignity and friendship with God. If man has an innate dignity after the fall (not just traces) then he can redeem himself through ways other than Christ....is this what Vat2 teaches? Oh of course Jesus is the best way, but not the only way. It all sounds vaguely like Talmudic Freemasonry; Freedom, Equality and Fraternity...the Rights of man, the French Revolution (and communist revolution) with only a veneer of authentic Catholicism to trap the unsuspecting. The council more and more appears to be a disaster with criminal machinations involved. I have read Thomas on Craftiness, Guile and Fraud. To substantially depart from The Tradition is to cease to be Catholic. So was the Council a Catholic thing with traces of error or a very non Catholic thing with traces of Catholicism, I have come to believe it is the latter.
ReplyDeleteThe assertion that the NO is the same liturgy as the TLM defies common sense.
ReplyDeleteFr. Hesse made me into a traditional Catholic or lets just say plain old Catholic. You have to understand what you don't know first and he learned me when I was still going to the Novus Ordo on Sunday morning and wondering what was wrong.
