    Since your discussion will take place on the vigil of Pentecost maybe the topic can be brought up of why the novus ordites got rid of the octave of Pentecost. That used to be an octave of the first class along with Easter...ranked higher than even Christmas. Suddenly the third person of the Holy Trinity, who grants wisdom, counsel, understanding, fortitude, piety, knowledge and fear of the Lord is kind of dropped like a hot potato...this is an extremely important octave....the Holy Spirit is the guarantor of Truth. Seems like they didn't want the sheep reflecting too much on the third Person of the Holy Trinity, we might begin to see through their deceptions. And you can't create a new religion with a "new holy spirit", if the authentic one is still hanging around.
