The 7th Appearance of Our Lady Identified by Fatima Shrine. If this was the 7th Apparition, Promised in May 1917, Why did Sister Lucy Keep it a Secret in 1950 When She Met with Fr. Rafferty and He Asked SPECIFICALLY ABOUT THIS?

Why did Sister Lucy refuse to speak about this June 15, 1921 apparition of Our Lady at the Cova da Iria, when the message of Our Lady was simply benign encouragement to follow the advice of the Bishop of Leiria and leave Fatima? Why would Lucia not have told the world about this personal message for herself from the Mother of God when she was still a young girl? Why were Fr. Rafferty and Fr. Gonzaga Oliveira left with the impression that the 7th apparition had not yet happened? Did Fr. Rafferty misinterpret the real Sister Lucy's attitude and body language?
